The search and the JD matched to your actual motion, not the one you think you have. This is where we align on what you're truly hiring for, so the founder and the future hire start from the same expectations.
If a placement I make ends within the first 6 months, I run the search again to fill the same role at no additional fee.
Terms: full fee must be paid. The replacement search starts within 30 days of the role reopening. The guarantee is one replacement per search, not a refund.
