The Sales Readiness Audit

Before I source a single candidate, I audit your sales motion and deliver a written document in three parts:

Ready or not.

A straight call on whether you should hire a seller right now. If founder-led sales hasn't produced a repeatable motion yet, I'll tell you, and we'll wait.

Fix first.

The specific things to fix in your motion, pricing, ICP, or pipeline before the search starts. The gaps a new hire would otherwise inherit and fail on.

The real spec.

The search and the JD matched to your actual motion, not the one you think you have. This is where we align on what you're truly hiring for, so the founder and the future hire start from the same expectations.

The 6-month guarantee

If a placement I make ends within the first 6 months, I run the search again to fill the same role at no additional fee.

What's covered

  • The hire resigns voluntarily, or
  • You terminate the hire for performance or cause

What's not covered

  • A layoff, role elimination, or restructuring
  • A pivot, acquisition, shutdown, or loss of funding
  • A material change to the role, comp, or reporting line from what we agreed in the brief
  • Searches where the post-placement check-ins (day 30, day 90) were skipped

Terms: full fee must be paid. The replacement search starts within 30 days of the role reopening. The guarantee is one replacement per search, not a refund.
